The stupidity of people on MSN Zone Games

I quite like to switch of every now and then and go and have a game of hearts at MSN Zone.

For anyone who doesn’t know Hearts, it is a 4 player game where the winner of the game is the person with the lowest points when at the end of the round when another player reaches 100 points.

When played by 4 players who know how to play properly it is a great game with a fair bit of stratedgy involved, the general idea (unless you have a big lead) is that you trie to hit the low person with the most points, whilst trying to stay low yourself.

Quite often though you have 1 stupid player amongst the 4 who doesn’t grasp the idea of the game and can ruin it for the other 3.

My 2 pet hates which happen an awful lot are;

1. A player moons, sends another player over 100, but they let someone else win by doing this.

2.  They drop the queen of spades on someone who has 87+ points, even though it means someone else will win.

It makes a whole mockery of the game and is bloody frustrating when it has been a good battle with other players playing well and hitting low man.

It makes you wish the Zone would go back to how it was, when you could pick a table and play with people you wanted to.
